Dr. Peter Pirner is a renowned and charismatic thought leader in the field of Customer Experience Management. As host of the most successful German podcast for CX Management CX-Talks, he regularly reaches a large audience of interested professionals.
After studying business administration with a focus on empirical research, information and communication as well as organizational psychology, he completed his doctorate as lecturer at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University (LMU) in Munich.
He then worked in various roles for Kantar (formerly TNS Infratest), one of the world’s largest research and consulting firms, for almost 25 years in the field of CX management, both nationally and internationally. As lead consultant, he looked after the most important clients in the automotive, FMCG, telecommunications, banking and insurance sectors. Most recently, as Domain Head, he was responsible for the CX business in Germany with more than half of the German DAX companies and a variety of mediumsized companys as clients.
Today, he is partner and board member for marketing, technology and customer experience at Petlando, member of the advisory bard and consulting partner of Accelerom, speaker and freelance CX consultant as well as a partner of the Institute for Customer Experience Management (i-CEM).
